Job Summary

The technician is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on plant, equipment and property structures. He will be required to maintain production and quality by installing, maintaining and repairing machinery and electrical or air conditioning equipment in the best possible condition.

Requirements:

• Sound secondary education as evidenced by certificate (at least 3 subjects).
• At least three years post apprenticeship experience in the maintenance field in an industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Mechanical and Electrical background as evidenced by a certificate from a trade school in electrical installation and repairs or servicing and repairing.
• Excellent manual dexterity and effective problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be well- organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Remunerations will be applied based on qualifications & experience.
• Ability to work on Saturdays will be an asset.
