Citizens of Ireland can apply for a Saudi Arabia eVisa online before traveling for tourism, visiting family or friends, events, transit, or Umrah without visiting a Saudi embassy or consulate. The eVisa application is fully digital and must be completed before departure.
Once approved, the Saudi eVisa is emailed and should be presented with your passport at Saudi Arabia’s port of entry. The eVisa is typically valid for up to 1 year with multiple entries, allowing Irish travelers to stay up to 90 days per visit.
To apply, you generally need:
A valid Irish passport (with at least 6 months validity),
A recent passport-style photo,
Travel details, and
A valid email address to receive the eVisa electronically.
